Feel free to browse through our collection of Wunderlich items by clicking and following the links. There are certain to be items not yet listed, as an alternative download a pdf version of the catalogue for your bike from our download page. Find the items you wish to order and complete our order form.

Payment...
Any items clicked as 'Add to cart' will be automatically handled by your PayPal shopping cart, you can adjust quantities and delete items at any point prior to checking out. (For more info on why we use PayPal see the link below)

If you prefer to order your items using our order form simply enter the unique Wunderlich part number for each item and click the submit button. We'll call you during business hours (or email you if you prefer) and arrange to take your credit card details.

When will my parts arrive

We have a comprehensive and growing range of Wunderlich items from stock but the range is huge and we regret that from time to time we may have to order your part from Germany.

Ex stock items are usually despatched within 24 hours if the order is received between Monday to Thursday. Friday and Saturday orders are despatched the following Tuesday.

Out of stock items are ordered every Friday, usually arriving with us the following Thursday for same day despatch.

We will always endeavor to keep you up to date with the status of your order.

Do I need a PayPal Account?

No, we use PayPal's Merchant services to process Credit Card transactions for us.

You can use your Credit or Debit card in the same way as any other online transaction.

Returns Policy

We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Rainbow Motorcycles Ltd, however there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 2 working days . If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault . Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our staff we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

Items Faulty in Warranty Period
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair.

If you change your mind

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received by us, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
